Real-estate professionals and city officials have started questioning how to assure the solidity of all balconies adorning the beautiful apartment buildings that line the Seine river in Paris. Indeed, over the 6 kilometer stretch, those balconies are expected to draw large numbers of spectators as they will provide an excellent viewpoint for the opening ceremony of the 2024 Olympic games, to be held on the Seine river.
